Schneider - Mostabal Misr 6 Pump Stations

Project Overview:
TRICOM Controls successfully designed and assembled 30 control panels for a project involving six pump stations. Each station comprised five control panels: one main panel utilizing a Schneider Modicon M580 Hot Standby System, and four remote IO panels based on the X80 IO System.

Sidi Abdallah Sewage treatment Plant aims to preserve the natural environment and protect public health against any pollution and the possibility of using this purified water to fill an artificial tourist lake in the town of Sidi Abdallah, and the use of this purified water also in agriculture.

The Proposed System is a Control System Based on SIEMENS SIMATIC ET 200SP.
The SCADA System includes Redundant operator workstations (One of them Operator/Engineering workstation) with 24” LED Screen, Large Display 65” and one Printer.
The communication between PLC Systems (Inlet Area, Filtration & Sludge Treatment, and FCDs Area) and the SCADA System  is via Ring communication network “Multi-mode Fiber Optic Cables”.
The PLC System is able to communication with Electrical Equipment via Modbus Serial RS 485.
The PLC System is communicating with The HMI via communication network “Ethernet Cables”.
