Design, manufacture, installation, SAT, commissioning and startup of   

Qty. 5 Generator Control Panel (GCP)
Qty. 5 auxiliary panels for generator auxiliaries, Each GCP has the following:

- Analog voltmeters, Analog frequency meters, Digital Multimeter, Deep See DSE 8620 for automatic synchronization, Synchro-scope for manual synchronization.

- SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-1200 PLC & HMI to communicate with DSE & generator to monitor all mechanical & electrical readings.

- Upgrade the Control / Synchronization system for Qty. 6 Diesel Generators of PMS-11 Barge

• Supply & Install QTY:6 Deep sea module DSE8610
• Synchronization, Load Sharing/Shading and Manoeuvring between the 6 diesel Generators
• Up & Run the PMS-11 Barge in 24h

• Supply and install Basler DECS-250 to replace DECS-200
• Wiring modification in the existing generator control panel.
• Programming, commissioning and startup
• Documentations and as built drawing


Siemens Power Generation

-Upgrade BASLER AVR/Excitation system for Qty.2 CAT D3616 Diesel Generator (6.5MVA/11KV) for Midor Electricity Plant

• Supply and install Basler DECS-250 to replace DECS-125
• Configure the new AVR with the original setting
• Programming, commissioning and startup
• Documentations and as built drawing
